Anastazja Gajkowska is a Polish-born psychologist, documentary filmmaker, and trauma-informed therapist. She holds a BA in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Neuropsychology from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (Barcelona). Anastazja is the creator and director of the 15-episode documentary series Exposé, a global project exploring healing and resilience after abusive relationships, featuring the voices of 88 survivors from six continents. Her work integrates neuroscience, attachment theory, and trauma-informed approaches such as the T.R.I.P. (Trauma-Attachment Regulation & Integration Process) method to support deep emotional recovery and reconnection with the self.
