Anastazja Gajkowska, originally from Poland, began her psychology career at 19, moving to Spain to study at UOC Open University of Catalonia in Barcelona. After five years in Spain, she relocated to California, USA, in 2019, where she currently resides in a beachfront home.
Anastazja holds a BA in Psychology and is pursuing a Master’s in Neuropsychology. Her dedication to trauma recovery inspired her to interview 88 survivors across six continents, leading to a 15-episode documentary series on thriving after abusive relationships. Anastazja is trained in the T.R.I.P. (Trauma-Attachment Regulation & Integration Process) method, which combines eye-brain techniques, internal attachment-based parts work, emotion-focused practices, somatic strategies, and attachment theory to address trauma effectively. She has been trained to use three core processes of T.R.I.P. —Projection, Permission, and Compassion—that facilitate deep and lasting transformation for clients navigating complex life challenges. With additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from PsychoMedic in Warsaw and Level 1 certification as an Intimacy Coordinator from IDC Professionals, Anastazja brings a well-rounded perspective to trauma therapy. Fluent in Polish, English, and Spanish, with basic knowledge of German, she integrates her psychology and theatre background into her compassionate and holistic approach.
